| Two similarly furnished basement bedrooms for rent. Single beds for ONE occupant. Larger $800 and smaller $775. Utilities, wifi included. One parking space available. Sitting area, bathroom and fridge shared with other student. Shared kitchen with home owner. Reasonable use of laundry appliances. No smoking, recreational drugs, or visitors allowed in home. If you use strongly scented personal hygiene products or cook with strong lingering spices this is not for you. Zero tolerance. You are a mature, clean and very responsible person. Preferably in senior year. If I have to tell you to clean up after yourself...best to look elsewhere. References needed. You need to have own insurance for your property. You will not have coverage via house insurance. My insurance company requires details of room renters including your age, school program and year, as I pay premiums to rent my rooms. Must be comfortable with large dogs. Require first/last month's rent. Receipts are provided. I am located in New Sudbury near the mall. Excellent public transportation to all post secondary institutions in town. I will not respond unless you meet the criteria above and a phone number. |
