| I have a large room for rent for a male near the hospital and Science North in a secure building. It is a large room (10' x 13') with a large closet. The room is furnished and includes a tv, projector, loveseat and large dresser/ mirror. Access to the rest of the apartment which includes a living room with large screen tv and stereo system. Also a fully equipped kitchen with every possible accessory or gadget. There is also a large 20+ foot balcony that offers one of the best views of the South End. The building is secure and offers private parking if necessary. There are weight rooms and laundry services as well as access to a pool table. The apartment also has private laundry and a weight set and bench. I am an older male who is looking for similar Northern Ontario perspective. This is a casual, quiet place for someone moving from cities or situations. A laid back Northern attitude and an appreciation for a good hockey game with a beer on a Friday night are good signs we might get along. Oui je parle en Francais. |
