| A little bit about me. I am a working mom with 4 kids at home. I have been approved to buy a house however have not been able to purchase one yet. I have to leave my rental by Dec 31st. (Landlord claims he needs to move into my 5 bedroom unit) I have been looking for a place since Jan 2024. I have been nothing but a perfect tenant for over 20+ years ( 2 rentals in that whole time) my credit score in 838 on Equifax and TransUnion says 842. I ideally need a 5 bedroom but that's hard to find. I need a min of a 3 bedroom with a basement for storage. I take care of the place I'm in like it's my own. I fix what ever I can that's within my means. If you have anything to rent please contact me. If I can't find a place my kids and I will be homeless.
