This accommodation is nicely decorated providing all necessary appliances, linen including washer, dryer and freezer. The heat, hydro, water and internet are all included in price. The student brings their clothing, food and bathroom toiletries only. This arrangement is a month to month lease with no last month rent required. Laundry room is shared with landlord. Student must sign an acknowledgement of rules in contractual agreement. This accommodation is located in New Sudbury, close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Wal-Mart, College Boreal and Cambrian College with nearby bus stops. Student enters with suitcase and leaves with a suitcase. This accommodation provides the scholastically inclined student a quiet, clean environment and perfect for focusing on their studies. Note: This is not a party house or hang-out as drinking; smoking or drug use will not be tolerated as this accommodation is in a private home and not a noisy apartment building.
