House rules are based on common sense. Rental includes laundry and all utilities. WiFi. Central air. Quiet neighbourhood. No parking. Bungalow is comfortable, cozy and is an ideal home-away-from-home for studying/relaxing. Close to downtown, theatre, schools and shopping. No drugs (sorry…no 420), no parties, no smoking and no overnight guests. Home owner has one cat....so if you have allergies or if you don't like cats, this arrangement won't be suitable for you.
