( The room has been renovated in a Victorian style with newly refinished floors and painted walls and furniture. ) Available Feb. 1. Includes utilities, parking, laundry, unlimited wifi. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, front porch, back deck, living room and dining room shared between other tenants and landlord. Visitors are fine but no overnight guests or parties are permitted. This is not a party house. It is a family style home. No smoking or drugs in house, no pets. We aim to have a quiet environment. First and last months rent and references required. A deposit will be necessary to hold the room if you are going to be renting it. Proof of employment or income is required. Sorry no intent to rents can be filled out at this time. Not looking for a short term tenant, this is not considered student housing unless you are looking for long term housing, as we are looking for someone to rent long term. You must be capable of independent living, which includes keeping yourself and your room clean and doing your own cooking as we do not provide home care services.
