| Family looking for acreage for rent Fairly flexible on space and amenities. We have a small flock of about 100 ewes, 8 goats and three very senior horses (kids are super keen in 4-H)! Pasture land with a barn of sorts would be great as we lamb throughout the year. We will be moving back to Ontario from Alberta, so correspondence at a distance to begin the conversation is ideal. We would love to arrange to visit in person as we move through the rental discussion and process. A home on the acreage would be excellent, though we can work around this and find residential tenancy elsewhere. Desireable location would be anywhere between Morrisburg and Orillia (grandparents live in these towns/cities!). We are very tidy tenants and would love to treat your acreage with the same respect. If the acreage needs some TLC this is good too! We are more than willing to help clean up, maintain and improve based on your expectations. Long term lease option is ideal, though would commit to a one year to begin, if you are more comfortable with that. No smoking, drugs or partying.
