| Hello! I am a 30 year old mom of two children, I am currently looking for a 3 bedroom with a finished basement or a 4 bedroom.. *house If anything, and must have a backyard* I know it’s a long shot but hopefully under $1600… I have been at my current rental for 8.5 years, we have just out grown it. My fiance and my step son will be residing with us aswell… so you can see how a two bedroom is super cramped right now… I have amazing references also.. I have been on my own since 2012 and never missed a rental payment.. My fiance works full time and I am on odsp currently (will be working in September) We have one male dog, he is amazingly well trained. If you have anything, please reach out via email or call.
