| This small house is only 2 years old and very well insulated. It is FOR ONE PERSON ONLY, available on July 1st until October 31st but maybe longer. The place is already fully furnished, appliances are all brand new, you will just need your own bedding for a queen size bed. the kitchen is stocked with all the basics. And the place is heated with wood heat only. No smoking in or out, one well behaved dog allowed but no cats. The entire 2.5 acre yard is fenced and is shared with the other tenant and myself which live in the other building. There are no bus near by so you will need wheels. Please if you are interested tell me a bit about yourself when inquiring about the place. The rent is based on a monthly basis, i need 30 days notice when/if you decide to leave. There is a minimum of 2 months stay.The rent is $1680/month everything included. Internet works well but is not unlimited so if you work from home it will not work out….thanks, Louise Thanks, Louise |
