| We have a room available for one individual, with shared accommodations just outside city limits, 7mins from Porter creek. Not near any bus route, will need own transportation to get to and from town. Our place is a 3bedroom, 1.5 bathroom on 1.4 acres, lake front. Rent is 1200 a month (+last month rent) and 1/3 utilities which includes unlimited internet, property accommodations including floating docks, canoe, garden space and so forth. My partner and I do the snow removal and garbage disposal so you don’t have to worry about that. We cannot accept any pets at this time, and also looking for a long term renter. A little bit about ourselves, my partner works in health care and I’m truck driver, our pets include indoor/outdoor cats x2, a guard dog (mostly outdoors) and a bird (parakeet).
