This is a great place for a single, environmentally conscious non-smoking professional working in Whitehorse, man or woman. Sorry, no pets. The house is in the south part of Porter Creek on Walnut Crescent. It has four bedrooms and two full baths shared by three professional adults (owner and two tenants). The house is big enough so that the residents have privacy and comfort, and lead their own private lives. There is no expectation that they hang out and socialize together. The house dynamics are positive and based on respect for others. This has worked well.
