| A quiet tucked away pet friendly 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with laundry Trailer located in prospector trailer park at Kopper King, 3 minute walk from the bus stop, kopper king pub, the Chinese restaurant and the gas station, 5 minute drive from downtown. Gated backyard, not dog proof at the moment and lots of parking space. I had to move due to work and only spend 2 days every 2 weeks there so I decided to try and rent it, looking for working individual or a working couple, well behaved pets are welcomed but will have to be okayed by the trailer park. Also if selected will also have to apply with the trailer park unfortunately but it’s their way of making sure rowdy and inconsiderate individuals are not disrupting the neighbours but that also means others are not going to disturb your stay as well. Asking $2500 a month plus power and fuel also first and last month rent. I am still in the process of moving my things out so if I finish sooner then it could be available sooner. |
