| We are renting a newer built 2 bed 1 bath suite above an active shop, located in the Mt Sima area. We are looking for a single occupant or couple who are neat and tidy and don’t mind the usual daytime shop noises (and occasionally on the weekends or evenings). It’s a newly build shop (2 years old), so the sound proofing between the apartment and shop is quite good, however it can be a bit noisy during the week in the daytime. The suite offers lots of daylight, views of Grey Mountain, and is 5 minutes from Mt Sima. All utilities are included in rent (unlimited internet, electric, heat and well water). The suite comes furnished with kitchenware, kitchen table/chairs, couch/coffee table, TV stand, 1 queen bed and 2 night stands. If you are interested, please message me and tell me a little bit about yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot have pets in this suite as it’s a busy shop and not suitable for animals. |
