| About the house: - June 1st move in (slightly earlier may be possible) - 3 bedroom duplex located in varsity view - 1.5 bathrooms - Walking distance from university, 8th street and broadway - Shared backyard - Front and back porch - Unfinished basement good for storage - House is furnished bedroom is not - Laundry, dishwasher, deep freeze - Parking in back - No smoking! - Rent is $650 plus utilities and wifi About us: - 20 and 25 - Both working full time - Charlie is a 10 year old dog with separation anxiety, he is not a quiet dog, he likes to bark at people coming into the house and if you yell he will yell right back. We are not open to another dog moving in but would be open to a cat. Charlie likes cats. - LGBTQ+ friendly of course - We did not tidy up to take these photos on purpose!
