| I am looking for a roommate in a four bedroom home next to University heights square in willow grove. It is fully furnished and is $700/month with all utilities/internet included. You would primarily be living with myself (female PhD student), though there are two others living in the home but who aren't around or seen too often (another student upstairs and the landlord/my dad in the basement). Living with us would be my pets which include a 5 year old cat and 12 year old labrador. My pets are very friendly and love people, but my dog doesn't do well with other animals so we unfortunately can't accept other pets.
