| Hello, I have a large basement bedroom (private) available for rent in a shared house with two other females (including myself). Available for June 1st move-in. Rent is $650 per month, including utilities. A one-month rent for the damage deposit is required. The house amenities include: - Laundry - Air conditioning - Dishwasher - Ample parking - Close proximity to a bus stop The prospective tenant must be comfortable living with two cats (therefore, I will not consider applicants with their own pets), and smoking is not allowed.
