Location is in downtown neighbourhood Riversdale house is overlooking the river. Spadina Cres west Right next to Meewasin Trail, Close to bus stops, grocery stores 5-10 minute walk from the farmers market, cafes, salon, beauticians, skatepark, Riversdale Pool, tennis clubs, Fables ice cream, Dark side Donuts, second hand stores, SHOPPING and 10-15 mins walk from Midtown Plaza, cinemas, bars, ect... Rent is month to month $500 damage deposit -which will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been done and the room is spotlessly cleaned and put back the way you found it, along with your set of house keys. $675 INCLUDES..... -furnished bedroom, with bed, side table lamps and two closets. One is a small walk in. -Water, electricity, wifi.... -64” Smart TV with.... -....guest access on my accounts to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime , Stacks TV -Household necessities which takes care of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and basic condiments spices, and sauces and cooking oils -On street parking with a plug in. -A weekly weekend housekeeper comes to clean on Saturdays Room is for ONE PERSON only. SIGNIFICANT OTHERS WILL NOT LIVE OR DO THIER LAUNDRY AT THE HOUSE. I’m a non smoker and this is not a party space. Any 420 stuff must be done away from the house. I have amazing upstairs neighbours who are incredibly kind and helpful with whom the laundry is shared, and we are very noise conscious of each other nothing incredibly loud after 10pm. I have a puppy and so the House is friendly to small/medium dog upon approval, with a $300 pet deposit. No cats, because I am allergic. There is a garage for storage and a backyard with fire pit, I garden a lot in the spring and summer. I have two jobs, and do volunteer work so I’m not home most of the time during the day. When I am home I enjoy my quiet and down time in the evening.
