Shared bathroom with 2nd upstairs bedroom. Kitchen/living spaces shared. There is a living room on the main floor and in the basement. Rent $800/month. All utilities and internet included with rent. Security deposit $800. Must be okay with living with a large dog. No cats due to allergies, dogs allowed on the condition they get along with my dog, and other pets possibly allowed, don't hesitate to ask.
