(Also has huge 17ft ceiling, 3 car garage for use) The house had 2 seperate suites. So you would just share a space with 1-2 roomies. The house has about 2200 sqft of liveable space. Every bathrooms has a bidet. I have owned the home for about 6 years. I love to have a few friends over drinks every now and then, but I am not interested in house parties. I am pretty chill, but cigarettes are not welcome inside the house. ideal tenant: - able to live with 2/3 other people - male or female - responsible, mature, friendly, tidy, and full time employed/student - young adult (19-30) -There is lots to do, Hottub(Near Future), Darts, Full work out area with everything you have at a gym, 2000 pounds of weights, dumbbells, racks, benches, clean and new.
