| Please read below if interested! :) If the ad is still up, the room is still available. I'm looking for a new roommate for June 1st! The room for rent is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Rent covers all utilities. You would be living with myself (female PhD student) and another individual (male) upstairs. My dad (the landlord) lives downstairs. Living in the house are my pets which include a 5 year old cat and 12 year old labrador. My pets are very friendly and loving towards people, but my dog doesn't do well with other animals so we unfortunately can't accept other pets. I am allergic to cigarette smoke so I am sorry but I cannot live with smokers. We are open to couples but would charge $900 for rent due to the extra costs of utiities that an extra person would have. The house is on Maguire lane in willowgrove.
