| I'm a responsible male in my early 30's in great need of a room for rent. I'm easy going, friendly, and mature. I'd like to find a place in the east side of Saskatoon near Broadway and Taylor but because of my situation in needing to find a room asap as I've had no luck the past 2mos, so anywhere will do for now, but long term I'm hoping east side as I'd like to be closer to my son, so I can still walk him to school ect. And because I prefer the area. Im on disability right now, so I'm only working casual when I can, but I do receive disability money monthly so I can always pay on time. That won't be a problem, also I won't be around all the time, as I spend a lot of my free time with my son, or working.
