| I have a Townhouse in Lawson Heights with 3 floors. There is a large room upstairs, or the full basement and has the laundry room in this area. Each area includes large Tv, Big or small bed, leather couch downstairs, dresser and large closet upstairs, dresser downstairs. There is 1 full bathroom upstairs with a jaccuzzi tub, and a half bath on the main. I would entertain a cat if it does not wreck the house--I have 2 well behaved and friendly Shih tzu'l. I am a divorced 50 year old female working in Law Enforcement. You will need to provide a police check. I rarely have company, no sleep overs and I expect the same. The expectations are a little more here, as this home and Townhouse community is extremely quiet and very safe. 215 Pinehouse drive. It will be a month to month as if either neither of us is happy, it can end. I also rarely cook. I have experience with international students, as I participated in the UNIVERSITY OF SASKATCHEWAN HOMESTAY PROGRAM, and helped with the english assignments etc. The university is a 35 minute bus ride from here. If an international student is interested, I will include food and most food preparation for full room and board. 650 for upper bedroom or big downstairs 850 for International students Room and Board |
