| I am a mom with a 12 year old son. I am also a student and my son does go to school as well full time. He's well mannered and quiet, so he wouldn't be a problem with any noise, and I do have great rental history and good landlord references. I am clean, respectful, sober for almost 10 years I don't smoke or drink. We are respectful, quiet, clean, and responsible. I'm in need of a place as soon as possible, please. My landlord is listing the house for sale and I'm not sure how quick it will sell but I was looking for a suite to rent anyway, within a month or two possible.
