Looking for a positive, active person or couple. Located in city center on a street with its own locally owned Mexican Taqueria, Fable Ice Cream & Pinch Perogy. In City Centre NEAR RIVERSIDE & SUMMER FESTIVALS If you like the outdoors, we're only a couple blocks from the Meewasin Riverside trail for biking, walking and exploring all the awesome festivals and happenings in the summertime. POLLINATOR'S PARADISE The yards are in midst of being converted to Xeriscape, which is essentially letting nature/the yard do what it wants naturally with no watering added other than to the plants/gardening areas. He is a former touring musician/dj who it's quite active biking, swimming and lifting weights. Owner uses cannabis in basement and yard occasionally. Utilities are $350/month for 1 person, $575 for a couple - includes electricity, Air Conditioning, water, gas/heat, trash & Wifi. Move in costs - first month's rent & security deposit of same for a single person, ($1000 of security deposit is refundable). For a couple security deposit is 2x. Front sidewalk snow removal is responsibility of tenant. |
