| I'm a 20 something professional looking for a respectful, responsible, neat, 20 something female roommate (single occupancy only). Stonebridge area. 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The room is available on June 1st. No parties, no pets, and no smoking/vaping. I would need 2 references (work/school and previous landlord) Rent is $800 + one month deposit, utilities included. Month to month lease. Parking is off-street. Your room is UNFURNISHED. We do not share dishware, utensils, pots/pans, toilet paper, personal cleaning products.
