Rent includes a private unfurnished room, internet, all utilities and access to home amenities. You will be required to sign a month to month lease agreement. There is no photos of the specific room you will be renting. However, when you come for a viewing you will get to get see your room first hand. The home also does have a pet cat named Coral.
