| Welcome to our Caswell Hill 2100 square foot character home with an amazing location! 15 minute walk to downtown and Sask Polytechnic. We're looking for responsible individuals to rent room to room. Single occupancy only in each room. Three rooms available depending on your needs and budget. Top floor private room, second floor semi-private room with sliding door, and second floor private room. While your bedroom is large, the common areas are shared and close quarters - so must like people and get along with others! Must be clean. We're looking for good matches with the household. Shared kitchen, granite room, bathroom, and balcony. We also have a hot tub shared with tenants who are respectful with it. Rent depends on the room but starts at $460/month with all utilities and wifi included for month to month. Damage deposit is equivalent to one months rent but can be paid over two months.
