| Available December 8th (or possibly earlier for the right candidate) We are looking for a student or working professional to share space in our home in East College Park - house is fully furnished, has 2700sq feet of living space, with two dens, grand piano, driveway parking, large kitchen with Miele appliances, two fridges and one chest freezer. There are three bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom being used in the basement. - You shouldn't really need anything other than your suitcase and personal effects. Comes with all the furnishings you need to be comfortable Close to: Sobeys, Cafes, Mcdonalds and Goodlife fitness are about a 15 mins walk. Under 10 mins drive to RUH and University of Saskatchewan We take great care to preserve a clean and quiet atmosphere. We have a strict policy of no parties, no smoking, no overnight guests or other activities that could disturb reasonable roommates. This room shares a nice sized bathroom with one other bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, toilet and a tub with shower.
