I have 3, furnished, one bedroom suites in my newer basement that I rent to SaskPolytech Apprentice students, only, for 8 week tenancies. $950-$1000/ 4 weeks. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is required for booking. Great location for a student needing short term accommodations while attending SaskPolytech. The rent prices are calculated for students that go home weekends.
