| 3 bedroom home located in Walsh Acres in the NW corner of Regina off Rink Ave. Home is located on a quiet Bay. Backs onto a daycare where kids play periodically throughout the day, in the yard. Shared home with other guests staying in other bedrooms. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful home to stay in while you're attending work, visiting family, meetings or appointments while in Regina then this is an affordable place for you to stay. It's $45 a night with a $10 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. $100 deposit required to hold your spot. No refunds if plans change. Please contact me for a quote on deposit amount for a short term stay. Home is 3 bedrooms (all rooms have locks) and you receive a key for your room. All other spaces in the home are shared: -2 bathrooms (one full bath and one half bath) -kitchen and dining room (2 fridges to accommodate ladies and gentlemen working away from home) - living room - laundry room - outdoor patio for smoking as there's no smoking in the house There are strict quiet times (10pm). Please no excessive alcohol use. Moderation is key for everyone's comfort. I come to clean for sure, every other day. Sometimes daily. Depends on the rotation of guests. No Smoking or parties. I'm not opposed to alcohol but in excess.... just please.... no. Each room has a lock, internet, 45" TV with Netflix. This bedroom (I call it the tree room) is located upstairs right beside the main bathroom. This home is a 3 level split. The laundry room is in the basement and is equipped with laundry detergent and bounce. The living room and kitchen/dining area is located on the main level. The kitchen is stocked with the following: Some condiments (phasing out), microwave popcorn, tea, instant porridge, coffee grounds, jam, frozen bread items and creamer.
