| Hello I am an air bnb host in the city who has some availability in my 3 bedroom home. This is the Master Bedroom with walk in closet. There is a lock on the door and TV with Netflix and wifi. Other rooms in the house are shared with other guests (either from kijiji or air bnb) $400 per week Perfect for workers new to the city working at K & S plant or the Upgrader or other work projects going on in our city. Many working men have stayed at my home and I have a lot of repeat guests. I provide: - a clean comfortable and serene home - cleaning every 1-2 days.... sweep, mop common areas (namely kitchen and bathrooms) -restocking tea, creamer, coffee and treats (popcorn, muffins, bagels) as needed There is laundry on site, detergent and bounce provided. Expectations: - clean up after self after cooking in kitchen (other guests don't want to deal with your mess and leaving it dirty can score me a bad review from an air bnb guest) - quiet time 10 pm - no laundry after 10 pm - smoking outside - no outdoor shoes in the house - lock house at all times - no excessive alcohol use - no drugs (420 and cigs are ok outside at the patio Pretty simple rules.... that must be followed.... I will provide 1 warning..... repeat offences and You will be asked to leave the property. Zero refund. Deposit required to hold your dates ($100 - $500 deposit depending on length of stay) and refunded within 24 hours of departure (less any damages if applicable). Deposit is not refunded should your dates or plans change. If you find alternate accommodation prior to our agreed upon "end date" that is fine. However, there is no refund of your deposit.... as I'm holding days for you which means nobody else can book and what seems to be happening lately.... is people have me block days.... then leave before the agreed upon end date. Leaving me with an empty calendar and no bookings... well... because I held the dates for you! I cannot run my business like this. The entire house can be rented as well (so long as other rooms are not booked and blocked) and it sleeps up to 8. Please contact me for rates and dates for your group.
