| I have one very nice basement bedroom for rent. Very nice location. 15 minutes walk to the university. 2 minutes walk to the No.4 bus station (to the University of Regina). All rooms have windows. Very clean, quiet and bright. Very nice neighbourhood. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, a table, a chair and a closet in each room. There is also a kitchen, a living room (with TV and sofa), a bath, and a laundry (washer and dryer) room in the basement, which are shared by three tenants. The basement has separate entrance. The rent is $400 per month per room including high-speed Internet and utilities. $400 damage deposit is required. Female is required because the other rooms were taken by female (students in the University). If you are a female student at the University of Regina and looking for somebody similarly to you, this is a perfect space for you. Move-in ready. Pls no pets, no smoking, no parties. Thanks |
