Deveraux Apartment Communities manages a small inventory of single family homes. On James Hill Road, in Harbour Landing, Deveraux manages newly built homes, basement suites and laneway suites that are immediately adjacent to the newly built joint use elementary school.

The James Hill Road development offers the following suite configurations:

Single Family Homes (with unfinished basement) – 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom. Private fenced in backyard. 
Single Family Homes (with basement suite) – 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom. Shared fenced in backyard with the basement suite.
Basement Suites – 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. Shared fenced in backyard with the single family home. 
Laneway Suites – 1 bedroom/1 bathroom

All homes and suites were built new in 2016 and are complete with stainless steel appliances, in home/suite laundry facilities, and contemporary finishes like laminate flooring and white cabinetry. The single family homes with unfinished basements and the laneway suites each have access to a shared two car garage space.

⁠To ensure that renting a home is simple and safe, we now offer all of our services digitally! ⁠That's right, you can inquire, view, and sign a lease for your new suite all VIRTUALLY! ⁠Contact our team to set up a FaceTime or WhatsApp appointment to view a suite, and inquire to receive electronic floorplans, photos, videos, and 3D tours. 

For those that feel comfortable to view a home in-person, we will continue to offer private in-person tours. These appointments will be restricted to parties of no more than two and physical distancing will be practiced at all times.
