It is for rent unfurnished. Outdoor electrified parking spot is available, as well as about 100 square feet of garden space to grow a garden. No smoking, no pets. I am looking for a long term tenant, however rental terms are negotiable. Very walkable—10 minutes to walk downtown, and a few minutes to 13th Avenue. Excellent access to public transit also, with three major bus routes just a block away, and close to the Fieldhouse and Lawson Aquatic Centre and Connaught Library.
