They are quiet, friendly and obedient. Non party home however social gatherings are acceptable within the bounds of whatever covid restricts may apply at the time. Just have respect for your house mates. Retirees or mid 20s to mid 30s are ideal. I'm in my mid 30s and I have 1 retiree here at the moment. I'm a male the other is female. House is full use, kitchen and bathroom are typically shared. Only rule is to clean up your mess! Wipe off the counter, do your dishes dont leave anything gross in the shower Looking for friendly sociable and team oriented personalities. The neighborhood is a very safe and friendly area, young families or retired couples with no crime. Located just south of ring road/9th and pasqua (north end/regent park) Typically ask for a security deposit but if that's a problem we can work something out. I'm also looking for a dog sitter, if your good with dogs and you want to knock some money off your rent this can also be discussed.
