Rent is on a monthly basis in Douglas Park area of Regina This is a safe and quiet neighbourhood. 2 minute drive to Douglas Park School, 3 minute drive to Wascana Park hill, 4 minute drive to a grocery store, 5 minute drive to Regina General Hospital, 6 minute drive to the University of Regina, 10 minute drive to downtown. Short walk to parks, bus stop, and convenient store. 1 parking spot in garage. Lots of extra parking on street. Lots of kitchen cupboard space with large fridge and large deep freezer.
