| Looking for a Female with or without children to house share long term, Avl Jan 1 in Martensville. Looking for a Female with or without children to share a privately owned house in Martensville. I’m currently living upstairs with my 2 children. I’m looking for a female who is responsible & reliable to house share the basement. You would have 2 large bedrooms with huge windows in the basement with a private 3pc bathroom with a stand-up shower, there is a large living room in the basement with 2 large windows that provide sunlight all afternoon. We would share the laundry room in the basement and share the upstairs kitchen. The house has a large fenced backyard, with play structures and covered deck. A parking spot in the attached non-heated garage will also be provided for a small SUV or car. If your vehicle does not fit, there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. Venture Heights Elementary is 1km away and has a great before/after program if needed. There are 2 kittens in the house and a possible puppy within the next couple months. Rent is $1200 a month which includes utilities & basic internet. 1 year lease, 1st month rent due at time of signing and $1200 damage deposit.
