Foam Lake is a town in east-central Saskatchewan located on the Yellowhead highway approximately 220 km southeast of Saskatoon and 90 km northwest of Yorkton. With a population of approximately 1,150 people, Foam Lake services both the surrounding agricultural area as well as the significant population that resides at Fishing Lake regional park during the summer months. Located at 432 Main Street in Foam Lake, there are two commercial areas available for rent on the main floor of the building known as the Halyk Block. These commercial areas are adjacent to each other and could be utilized as a single area for a larger enterprise.
