| Hi! I’m just going into my first year of university at Usask and I rented out a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, so I’m in search of another person to share it with. The rental is in juniper gardens, the building is two years old, and about a 10 minute drive from the university, there’s a bus stop right by, as well as some shops and a grocery store. The apartment itself is 934 square feet, has insuite laundry, an exercise facility, and is pet friendly. All utilities are included in the rent other than power, which they estimated to be $60-120 in the summer monthly, and double that in the winter. Parking is free for the first car (which I have) and $55 for the second, so I’d be willing so pay half of that so it’s fair. The rent overall is $1888 for the two bedroom, so I’d be looking to just split everything in half. All of the furniture is mine so the apartment is furnished, so other than your room and bathroom you shouldn’t have to worry about anything extra. And a bit more about me, I’m from central Alberta, my kitten (last photo), Milo is with me as well. I grew up with three siblings, I’m the youngest of them all at 18. Pretty quiet, I like to be by myself often, and I’m taking general science and then transferring to pharmacy if it all works out!
