| Hello! I am looking for ONE roommate in the master bedroom in my cozy and spacious apartment. This room is adjacent to the living room and the terrace, there is a door to separate this room from another side of the apartment, so-called the "master's chamber". Fully furnished/equipped, dedicated read/relax space in the room, high ceiling, and lots of sunlight. Heating, hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and all house appliances are all included. Plus: cleaning service also included. No pets, no smoking, parking not included. It is a beautiful and prestigious neighbourhood with a quiet, studious life and a vibrant city vibe. It's beautiful in all seasons. 1-3 min. walk to many bus stops and Metro Atwater, walking distance to Concordia and McGill and almost everything. Center Westmount life, resto, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, boutique stores, galleries, Westmount Park and Library, etc. Two big shopping malls nearby (2 min. walk): Westmount Square and Alexis Nihon. Me: I work from home most of the time, go to field trips and conferences sometimes. I am courteous, thoughtful, communicative, and kind but firm with principles. I love to socialize and I host socials sometimes. You: mature, independent, considerate, communicative, good energy, full-time work or study, respect the city/building/house rules.
