My apartment will be available for a longterm sublet as of Sunday, May 5th (I’ll be away at least until end of this year, but possibly longer): Big 2 1/2 (1 bedroom + dining/living room + kitchen + bathroom with washer and dryer) on the third and last floor of a triplex (no neighbours above). All included and fully furnished, unlimited high speed Internet, Air Conditioner, washer and dryer in the unit. I also placed a 50 inch TV with Crunchyroll subscription included (for Anime lovers) in the dining room now (doesn’t show in the pictures). 1 minute walk from Beaudry subway station, in Downtown, but on a calm street where downtown’s noise doesn’t reach. $1245/month (we can arrange for slightly lower if you are able to sublet it for a longer period, as I’ll be away from my apartment for some time).
