International students welcome. Looking for students that attend Dawson, Concordia, McGill or UQAM preferably. Short or long term. ABOUT THE PLACE: - NON party environment - NOT 420 friendly - utilities included and high speed unlimited internet provided - washer & dryer in apartment - all shopping needs within walking distance - a few minutes walk to the metro / bus stop out front - about 15 minutes to downtown (Concordia or McGill) - no smoking indoors Common areas cleaned regularly. You will be expected to clean up what you use in the kitchen immediately after you're done. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 males. With the exception of myself, the other is a full time student. Ideal environment if you need a calm, clean quiet place without being disturbed by others or their friends.
