I am looking for international students, ideally attending McGill, Concordia, Montreal University, etc. or coming on exchange to learn English or French for a few months. It is a great space with lots of room to make it your own during your stay! this condo offers renters the perfect location to enjoy the city. If you Speak Spanish, is a huge asset. In the great Verdun neighborhood, where all the new mayor development plans are happening in the city of Montreal. Minutes walk from, the canal Lachine, bike path, multi-use trails, a maxi super Market, Canadian tire, kayaking, picnic areas and Atwater Market, AllezUp, tons of great bars and restaurants in the famous Willington Street, cultural events, Concordia University, McGill, ETS, grocery stores and many services. Available July 1st. The apartment includes: Monthly rent: room $575 without electricity. -1 full bathroom -All appliances included (Fridge, Stove, -Washer, and Dryer) very rare in Montreal!
