| ABOUT THE PLACE: - NON party environment - not 420 friendly - I include all utilities along with high speed unlimited internet (50 down/10 up) - washer & dryer in apartment - balcony & walk-in closet - all shopping needs within walking distance - a few minutes walk to the metro / bus stop out front - about 20 minutes to downtown (Concordia or McGill) - no smoking indoors Common areas cleaned regularly. You will be expected to clean up what you use in the kitchen immediately after you're done. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 males. With the exception of myself, the other two are full time students. Ideal environment if you need a calm, clean quiet place without being disturbed by the others.
