Very private location on a 1.7 acres with matured trees. 650 feet of water frontage provides an idea place for kids to swim from a sandy beach in clear shallow water right beside a dock with paddle boards, paddle boat and kayaks. Property is equipped with BBQ, picnic tables and lawn chairs so you can relax outdoor and enjoy the peaceful and scenic environment. The inside of the cottage has 2 bedroom on the first floor and loft upstairs can sleep 8 easily (1 King bed, 3 Queen). Full kitchen with all the amenities; 1fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc). Bathroom with shower and separate bathtub with full size hot water tank. If you plan to stay for a while there is a washer and dryer to do your laundry on site. 85” TV for for rainy day. Wood burning stone fireplace. Baseboard heating with digital thermostats for colder weather. Just need to bring your own food, toiletries, sheets and towels! OUTSIDE: BBQ, picnic table, patio chairs and lounge chairs. Fire pit for the mandatory marshmallow roast. Paddle boards, paddle boat and kayak and some water toys/accessories also available for use. Woods are free of poison Ivey so kids and dogs can walk the property freely. Week starts Sunday at 6PM, ending at 1PM the following Sunday. 50% deposit required at time of booking (cheque, money order or electronique transfer) to reserve your date. Balance is due one week before check in. Price is per week. Minimum 7 days stay |
