I rented the room for an extended stay and now my plans have changed and I don't need the room. I'd like to get some $ back, and the room might as well be used, it's a waste for it to be empty! It's a nice quiet safe location. The room is on the 2nd level and is accessible from the outside . I am charging 70per night, 400 per week or 1600 month. For the rest of July I'd do 1200. No deposit, ID or anything like that required, just payment in cash or etransfer up front and the place is yours!
