Utilities included in the rent (750$/month per person). You will be living with me, a McGill Student and Starbucks barista! I speak both French and English. 5 min to Provigo and Jean Coutu. 5 min to metro Place des Arts and Saint-Laurent. 15 min to McGill campus. 2 min to Saint-Laurent and nightlife. The apartment is partially furnished with a dining room table and some kitchenware. The bedroom will be unfurnished. High ceilings and south-facing windows in the rooms. Really nice and responsive landlord, handyman in the building who will respond very promptly. Washer/dryer in the building.
