| Hello. I am a teacher looking for 1 or 2 roomates for my extra rooms in a 5 1/2 house in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Looking for someone with a stable job or schooling: calm, quiet, clean, responsable, and respectful people only please. The house is furnished, and one room has an extra bed and desk (if you want ot use it), while the other is empty. House is in a good location near the boardwalk, has a backyard, parking, kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The house is an older house, so it leaves a bit to be desired in terms of aesthetics. One room is $435 a month, while the other slightly smaller one is $410. Internet is $19 a month split 3 ways or $28 split two ways, depending. Hydro is a variable rate based on consumption. Please send me a message if you are interested in the place. |
