Basement or above ground considered in a duplex or house with access to yard or with a balcony if possible. I'm a near 56 years old man looking for long term leasing in a very quiet area like here on Edgemore Ave No big apartment block Must include: * Appliances (fridge, stove) * Access to a washer and dryer (in-unit or shared) * All utilities included * Preferably with a bathtub Budget: $1000 - $1100 per month maximum. Please contact me if you have a suitable property available. I have been living at the same place in Côte St-Luc for almost 10 years but the family need the rent back. My landlady is a solid reference. I am alone and no pets. I am a smoker but I never smoked in my rents or near the house building. I can't stand the smells inside and I hate to pollute the house. Ma propriétaire est une excellente référence. Je suis seul et sans animaux. Je suis fumeur mais je n'ai jamais fumé dans mes locations ni près de l'immeuble.
