This is a flex room setup in the living room, located on the 4th floor of a clean and quiet building. Laundry available on each floor. Location: Located in Ville Saint Laurent, 15 min walk to Côte-Vertu metro. Steps from several bus stops. Walking distance to Couche-Tard, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, Adonis, Éconofitness, and Place Vertu — super convenient area! (Please note that this neighborhood is close to the airport and you will hear the airplanes. However, I’ve never had an issue sleeping through the infrequent noises.) Rent & Utilities: Total rent + hydro + WiFi = $1450, your share is 40% (about 580$ all in. subject to slight change depending on monthly electricity bills). I have installed a very strong portable AC in the living room. ️ Your Space: You’ll have the dining area as your private flex room — fits a bed and table, with an open entrance to the kitchen. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your own bed (and table if you want one). There’s also a shared closet near the entrance for extra storage. ♀️ About Me / You: I’m a woman in my 20s — working full time— and looking for another woman around the same age. I value peace, personal space, and cleanliness. This is a no pets, no smoking, no shoes indoors apartment. The lease will be for 2 months. Renewable if we are both happy with the arrangement.
